Drives mission and vision for the team; supports the McDonogh affinity; provides oversight of the Alumni Association Board
Provides programs and services to engage and support parents/families/guardians; office liaison for Orientation and Welcome Events; coordinator of Family Weekend events as part of Fall Weekend
Coordinates all programs and services to support volunteer engagement; oversees the nominations and volunteer awards committees of the Alumni Association Board; directs all volunteer recognitions, supports all professional affinities
Executes the vision, mission and budget for Reunion Weekend; provides oversight of reunion volunteer management; coordinator of Homecoming events as part of Fall Weekend
Spearheads student, first year alumni and faculty engagement programs; alumni program coordinator with Gateway; LSAC advisor; supports Alumni Interfraternity and Sorority Board and Council of Lafayette Women affinities
Creates and sustains regional/chapter program structure; recruits, trains and supports regional volunteers; coordinates with campus partners for regional programming; provides support for PRIDE affinity
Supports all alumni event programming; tracks and reports engagement metrics; reports alumni and family engagement budgets; coordinates alumni engagement opportunities; office liaison for sustainability affinity
Creates and manages alumni engagement and event communications; creates and manages registration forms and name tags for events; reviews open rates and other communication analysis; administrator and point person for LeopardLink
Manages front office, answers phone and responds to email to alumni@lafayette account
Supports family engagement and volunteer management needs; supports email and phone correspondance with families
