Francine “Fran” Della Badia is a Board Advisor and C-Suite Executive driving business transformation, profitability and growth for public and private retail companies. Fran is currently the President of AM Retail Group, a subsidiary of the $3B G-III Apparel Group. The brand portfolio under her division includes DKNY, Donna Karan, and Karl Lagerfeld Paris.

A former member of the Benefit Committee of the New York Academy of Art and an Ambassador of the Human Trafficking Committee for Human Rights First, she was also a Mentor & Volunteer for the Grace Institute and Step Up Women’s Network. She currently supports Human Rights First, Project Morry, Delivering Good and the Influencers, all nonprofits focused on improving lives. She founded a summer program providing real world fashion business exposure to students aged 13-18 from 15+ countries and successfully sold the company to private equity.

Ms. Della Badia holds a BA in International Affairs and French from Lafayette College and has taken leadership and finance programs for executives at Harvard Business School and at the Center for Creative Leadership. Ms. Della Badia has participated in several campus events and recently hosted a dinner in New York City with various alumnae and President Nicole Hurd as well as a luncheon in Naples, FL. As an undergraduate, she rowed crew for two years and was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. Ms. Della Badia was awarded the Gilbert Prize in English.

She lives in Briarcliff, NY with her partner, Todd Kahn, and her son, Alexander. Alexander is attending Bucknell University in the fall. She also has two step daughters, Zoe and Allegra, who live on the west coast.
