Certain volunteers providing engagement and development work on behalf of the division of Development and College Relations may be granted access to College information and documents. Any volunteer working with these records holds a position of trust and responsibility of preserving the security and confidentiality of the information contained in those records. This form must be completed and submitted prior to receiving access to any print or digital information.
